How an engagement runs
An engagement follows our four steps. In Discover we map the process, the users and the constraints, and you get a written scope with an estimate. In Design you get the data model, the key screens and a delivery plan. In Build we ship working increments you can try every week or two, so course corrections are cheap. In Support we watch the system in production, fix what surfaces and extend it as your process evolves.
Most custom builds reach first production use within a few months; you talk directly to the engineers doing the work throughout.
